Spam vs. phishing — what's the difference?
Spam is unsolicited bulk mail (newsletters, sales pitches) — annoying, but rarely dangerous. Phishing impersonates a real organisation (bank, PayPal, Amazon) to steal credentials or payment data. Can I block an entire domain, or only single senders?
